Raleigh -- Detectives visited the county prison this week and seized the wardrobe of one of the five men charged with the first-degree attempted murder of a 32-year-old man gunned down in Southeast Raleigh Sunday, justice annals show.
Police responded to reports of a sharpened nearby the intersection of Peyton Street and Melvid Court Sunday at 4:30 p.m.
When military arrived, they found Reginald Alton Dunn, 32, of Raleigh, lying in the street, the plant of a deadly gunshot wound.
On Wednesday, Dahshon Wayne Crudup, 20, 3609 Castlegate Drive in Raleigh, was one of five immature men military charged with Dunns death.
Police have not disclosed a ground for the shooting, but they pronounced Dunn knew multiform of the people arrested and that the sharpened was not a pointless act.
The alternative 4 men who all reside in Raleigh, that military took in to control are: Damon Jaquan Gresham, 16, of 102 Maple Street; Devonte Terrell Pemberton, 17, of 2213 Maybrook Drive; Cordell Nico Milbourne, 20, of 227 Colleton Road and Telvin Lee Burnett, 18, of 432 Peyton Street.
One day after Crudups arrest, military visited the Wake County prison and used a poke aver to seize Crudups blue jean trousers, his brownish-red Timberland boots and a Verizon Blackberry phone.
Jim Sughrue, a Raleigh military spokesman, declined on Friday afternoon to contend if Crudup was the shooter and if investigators seized his wardrobe to exam for gunshot residue.
